I read the Oregonian article in which the quote appears and was tickled by the extent to which people get up in arms about issues like the choice of state berry. I appreciate it when our representatives respond by saying we've got bigger issues than this to worry about.
So - Rep Berger, thank you for not spending political capital on berries.
And to be compulsive - I meant no disrespect by using the quote. Each week I post a quote that speaks to me in some way, either because it is funny or otherwise peaks my interest.
I'm taking this one to work! Definitely my motto for the rest of the financial year.
